Orders are typically prepared for dispatch within 2–5 business days. Hand-finished pieces may need additional time; if your order is affected we will let you know.

Delivery

Transit times vary by destination and carrier and are shown at checkout where available. Tracking details are emailed when your order leaves our facility.

Duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or restrictions set by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Regulations for hookah and electronic hookah products differ by region — please verify the rules that apply to you before ordering.

Issues in transit

If a shipment arrives damaged or goes missing, contact us through the contact page with your order number and photographs where relevant, and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.
