Returns

Unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Exclusions

Used bowls, mouthpieces and other hygiene-sensitive parts cannot be returned. Custom or personalised pieces are made to order and are not returnable unless faulty.

Warranty

The NEOPINE Pro 2026 electronic hookah system carries a 1-year global warranty covering manufacturing defects. Warranty claims are handled through the contact page with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected. Your bank may take several business days to post the credit.
